ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)

Pacific Apex attorneys are trained in several ADR techniques including mediation, arbitration, negotiation, and workplace facilitation. In fact, some of our attorneys have earned advanced legal degrees in ADR. As a result, our attorneys not only represent clients in ADR proceedings, but some of our attorneys are also highly seasoned and skilled mediators and arbitrators and offer ADR training.

We understand that ADR often presents unique opportunities for parties to take charge of legal disputes and conclude what otherwise would be lengthy, unpredictable, and costly litigation. Trials are not always the most advantageous way to resolve disputes. Generally speaking, Pacific Apex encourages ADR, when appropriate, for the following reasons:
